its a shame because thats not what euphorias reputation was built on, the agency was a powerhouse well before most of these people (besides james obviously) came in, when james matt and a popular sp at the time whos name i cant recall built it, unfortunately at some point it closed for a bit and when it came back folded in with another agency and it seemed they were running day to day more often than him, thats when the customer service definitely started taking a hit, no clue as to wether its the same people around or not now, it seems to be the same attitude towards us
