There's so much wrong here, and the one thing that seems obvious is that most of the posts here reflect at least some degree of ignorance as to what constitutes an asian in the first place, to say nothing about the cultures. "asians" are not a homogeneous group. They're scattered across a huge swath of the world, live in different countries, have different skin tones and regional body types, speak different languages and have different cultural practices and religious beliefs. People also seem to forget that people from India are "asians" (sometimes south-asians, but asians regardless) as are about a quarter fo the Russians. It's absolutely ridiculous to group them all together in this context. The tendency of people to want to group all of together collectively as a bunch of bowing, scraping, slanty-eyed little yellow people is far more demeaning than the silly wife fantasy.

The OP, which is ridiculous, is a sex fantasy and not a wife fantasy that objectifies women and classifes all of the aforementioned groups of people under the class of "available head givers". A wife fantasy would drill down a lot farther, and then you'd better pay close attention to those different groups because that approach to some of them will get you shot. The OP is absolutely nothing to do with being married and everything to dow ith getting blowjobs.

@Julia Sky is absolutely wrong. There are tons of guys who not only look for wives to blow them every day, but succeed in finding them and marrying them. However, they come from a few isolated areas (the Philippines and Thailand, most notably) and generally from rural or isolated communities within those countries. They are poorly educated and often form weak companions for western men but fine sex partners. The classic trope is that older man marries young Philippine girl, for example, and she comes home to be the domestic homebody who pleases her guy, and in return she gets to work at westrn wage levels, whereupon she feeds as much money as she can back to her family and in order to save to buy a house back home. She will also ask hubby to send as much to her family as she can get out of him. This actually happens a lot, so it's not some impossible dream. I know at least 3 pairings like this, and through discussions with the girls know about a lot more. The understanding is that eventually the guy or the girl will get tired of the other, save enough money, or the man will get too old to care about the girl or get tired of the relentless demands to send money to Asia. At this point the girl will either return home or find another guy. The traps are that men can only ever marry one filipina in the Philippines, ever (they can still marry somewhere else. Hong Kong is popular) or like in Thailand where it's virtually impossible for foreigners to buy land, so everything goes in the wife's name. There are well established avenues that are active and popular for getting wives who will fellate you every day, but it's not all wine and roses. Also, if you ever tried this approach on a Japanese girl, for example, you'd most likely just get a kick in the nuts. It's not a one-size fits all stereotype come true.
I could go on and on about this. I'd had literally hundreds of discussions about it with parties who have first hand knowledge, and I have a lot of personal knowledge too. There's way too much to unpack here, and I need to get off the soapbox before I really get started.
