Hooks to hang your clothes and towel. Simple, but almost always absent from the incall locations I have been to.
Need a Tv in my bedroom then ☺️
Another SP hiding around corner as surprise would be nice

Same here, Was a total surprise and well worth the extra fee.
I was seeing my regular. Another girl at same location, who wasn't nearly as popular so she kinda/ accidentally-on-purpose presented herself.

Lotion. After taking a shower I want to apply lotion. I hate having dry hands and feet.
I had a surprise 2nd SP at a booking once. I showed up, they came downstairs to greet me in the lobby and told me "I have a friend over that would like to join, is that OK?". I was obviously down. Things went OK, but it became apparent that the friend wasn't really into it. They left half-way through and the 2 of us had fun for another hour or so.
I still wonder what that was about. I remember the friend asking "Why are you here? You could easily get laid", to which the first SP kind of gave them a dirty look like they were saying "that's not something you ask clients".

Did you give the friend a donation as well? if yes was it the same rate as the SP you actually came to see given she did not stay the whole time? was the second lady an established SP or do you feel she was kind of testing this lifestyle to see if it is something she would be interested in doing more of? given the weird question she asked maybe she trying to see if she was a fit for the industry?
Is Brita ok, we don’t have bottled water but always have cold water in the fridge

A robe
A chair to sit and put your shoes on or leave your work brief
Hooks in the bathroom for your clothes
Good water pressure in the shower
Massage table
Full length mirrors
Warm colour lights
Filtered water
Coffee table to snack or eat
A/C and a fan

I just thought of another, a comfy cucking chair like you always find in hotel rooms haha
