When the tariffs were originally announced my stock and bonds portfolio dropped around 10%. Now it's worth more than when the tariffs were first announced. It's gone up. So something must be working.

All that matters is the bottom line. Keep an eye on the bottom line.

In the U.S. inflation rose last month to its highest level since February. Consumer prices rose 2.7% in June from a year earlier. This will only get worse as the full impact of tariffs unfolds.
