Do you keep a head count and/or tabs of your encounters?

In my younger days, it seemed somehow important but now, I just don't care. That may be because when we are young men, it is part of the peer pressure or programming to be concerned with such things. I'm not sure but now that I'm older, I try to think of each sexual encounter that I have as something unique and leave it as just another fun experience and connection to a fellow human being. Nothing more, nothing less. I remember some encounters vividly going back many years and some have been completely forgotten. Just like many other things in my life.
what i could do is calculate an estimate based on frequency. I more or less remember my frequency of visits:
- in my 20s it was only a few times
- in my 30s it was a few times a year
- in my 40s it was a few times a month
- in my 50s it is a few times a week...

I started somewhere in my mid 40s and I tend to stick to a few ATFs, although these days they are scarce. I don’t keep any body count but it is way higher with civies than SPs. I estimate at around 40, maybe 50 different SPs over a span of 17-18 years of hobbying.
I never kept a list. In my twenties i could remember almost every girls. I never revealed the real body count to girlfriends. I would only mention the relations who encountered my family. The other intimate relations were roughly refered to as innocent flirts.
You are spot on i feel i wrote this myself and so true, when i was younger even at 6 feet and a beach body i always doubted myself, had women coming on to me and still had some low self esteem issues, i guess around 45 i started to stop caring (this is not an excuse to give up, keep fit train eat well for health reasons not to look good) i gave up on dating, online dating did that to me and when i saw what was left, i just stop caring, my hair is thinning well its normal part of life and aging, i am seeing wrinkles aging.. etc.
Yes, for the last 3 to 4 years, but the only reason is financial, I am tracking how much money I spent in every category (housing, food, entertainment, hobby, etc)
I do it to compare how much I am spending in discretionary vs fixed costs and some years the expenditure in hobby had been eye-opening

Accountants to know the head count. I am sure he himself never can count his crimes. So he hired an accountant for this specific purpose.in 2017 and 2018 i kept track for financial reasons. I recently found those lists, some of the girls i honestly have zero recollection of, others came back to me and made wish I could see them again
