I agree with you completely that it's annoying when it's crowded. It's a bit inspirational though too seeing new faces with new goals. But it's really inspirational when they leave, and you persisted.
From my POV, training has become more an habit like brushing my teeth. Apart from health motivation, I’m getting there because I love training and exchanging with folks too.
What I find inspirational is that when people who are really not in shape and are persisting. They run through firsts months wall at their own paiste, achieved a certain plateau and their efforts got them away from health problems(diabetes, high pressure, etc). They are much more rewarded than I do because their path was way harder.
Whatever level you are, everybody wins after a demanding workout.
