Typically one to two years (closer to two) after charges have been pressed. Given that La Presse is already on it, and that it's a topic that generates a lot of clicks, I expect them to cover the trial.
The case docket should be a matter of public record online. I was actually going to ask the same question and ask whether anyone looked at the case detail online. It should have information on when the arrests were made, the counsel of record for the defendants, the next appearance date in Court and the trial date status if one is assigned. Because I assume it's all in French there is no way for me to figure this out but it all should be online and a matter of public record.
There would be a case docket detail for each of the 5 defendants. I would look up Sammy's.

Will there be a trial? They will probably simply plead guilty and negotiate a home sentence... Seems to be the way to go these days

Tbh, its mostly misplaced curiosity at this point. You are not gonna learn that much about anything except upcoming trial dates, who is representing the State and the defendants, which articles of the criminal code theyre accused of violating.
The real stuff is in the court files. Which are accessible at the Greffe criminelle. But you're gonna have to leave your name and at this point there might not be anything super interesting in there yet. It depends what has been dropped in the files to this point.
Yes and it's possible to buy the audio recording but depending of the length of the trial it can cost you a lot. Better leave that material purchase, listening time to the journalists!
The prosecutor's file should have the police report and arrest warrants. Those are usually available to the public. In pending criminal cases, evidence (like videos, photos etc.) usually doesn't get released until the criminal case concludes. That's the case here anyway.
It's not easily available online in Quebec except as a paid service to professionals. However it's available online for free in person at the Grande Bibliothèque (national library downtown) or in person at the courthouse, as mentioned by @hob12
For those who may scratch their heads reading the above posts, it's worth remembering that a fully transparent justice system is a pillar of democracy. In the US, cameras are allowed in courtrooms, but not in Canada. However, members of the public are allowed to attend in person. Rare exceptions are made when warranted (e.g. family law)

Another option is to email the la Presse reporter. His address is at the end of the article. They typically like to talk about their stories. And the la Presse story is based on reviewing the court records. The indictments were issued in January so the case is in a preliminary state.
Interestingly, the la Presse article only mentions indictments for advertising sex services, inducing someone to offer sex for money, and basically knowingly profiting from crime. No charges for drugs, rapes, or coerced sex work, though presumably the prosecutors can file a superceding indictment if they have evidence, cooperating witnesses/victims, etc.

Same exception here. You can look at any pleading filed in any civil case, except in family law cases you can only view pleadings if you are appearing counsel and log in electronically using your bar number. There is a reason for this. Financial affidavits are filed by the parties in every family law case and the contents shouldn't be snooped by anyone except the Court and the appearing Attorneys.
If anyone here were to obtain information on when the next hearing is in these cases, any of you can attend the hearing as an interested member of the public. Indeed around 20 years ago I attended and listened to a motions docket in the Palais de Justice on rue Notre Dame. I did this purely out of curiousity. I watched a civil motions docket but anyone can attend and watch any hearing. It's the case in Canada and the US. You don't need to identify yourself or say why you're there.

They’ll subpoena anonymous email addresses and haul in anyone who checks public court records, this will definitely happen because showing interest in a crime is itself very criminal obviously.
