I feel very privileged with my incomes. However, I feel that 400-600$/hr or more is mentally more difficult to justify than the rates pre-covid. The whole economy is inflated and ready to sink soon. I have done meetings at these rates this year and they were awesome. But I don’t feel good...

Slipknot. Listened to the singles over the years, not paying much attentions. The masks were a turnoff. One of my kid is way into them and I started spinning full CDs. Not bad. .5 the gray chapter is the one that got me so far.

I was disappointed too at first. I must say it is growing on me quite a bit. Some of the interludes are “bof”. I encourage you to keep spin it a few more times. I wish I could catch them live, but they are skipping MTL.

Sword was cool. However, Voivod are cited as an influence by so metal bands. The early era, the guitarist Piggy was highly influential. And I agree, their cover os Astronomy Domine is just WOW and timeless. They also covered Pink Floyd’s Nile Song later...which is also great. These were cool...
