You can change the language in the top left corner of the screen now.

After you move them to Trash, you need to go into that folder, select them again and click permanent delete.

You are now able to see who viewed your profile. Go to your profile, and click "Users Who Viewed Your Profile"

@CLOUD 500 To delete a conversation you need to "leave" the conversation, then it will move it to Trash. It can be permanently deleted from there.
