He would cost too much in furniture! Lmaohe’d be perfect for the habs and they very well could be fighting for a playoff position if he’d be their coach.
When is the last time the Leafs went further than second round in the playoffs. They could be in division first place and I would put money on them not getting to round three.Leafs back in first place in the Atlantic after their win over Anaheim paired with Florida’s loss to Vancouver.
They have been better this year because they upgraded their goaltending. Right now Toronto goalies lead the NHL with a glittering .921 save %. Winnipeg is second with .920%. The Rangers are a surprising 4th with .912%, surprising not because their goalies are not good but because they have had to face so many shots. When is the last time the Leafs went further than second round in the playoffs. Yes they did upgrade their goaltending. However a lot of credit goes to their upgraded defence. They are are big, tough & very difficult to play against. Chris Tanner's addition has been tremendous & Oliver Ekman-Larson has played beyond expectations. Add to the mix Connor Timmins, who's slowly become one of coach Berube's favourites. For the first time in decades there isn't a single thing wrong with the defence. And yes the two big goaltenders have played great but as i said the defence deserves a lot of credit. As for the forwards Mitch Marner is having his best season yet & is in the top 5 in league scoring & John Tavares is playing like he's 24, not 34.They have been better this year because they upgraded their goaltending. Or hockey sticks! LolHe would cost too much in furniture! Lmao
Good for him. As for the Leafs they had some good news in regards to goalie Anthony Stolarz, who left yesterday’s game after the first period due to a lower body injury. Since he underwent three surgeries in the past to correct two knee injuries there was initial concern he may have re-injured that knee. However Craig Berube said today the injury is not serious & it’s day to day.Looks like Detroit recalled Jack Campbell under emergency conditions.
Well it’s obvious something is going on within that team & you can’t get rid of 25 players. It likely will be the coach & any new coach even of it’s my old uncle Ovide will hopefully wake this team up. They’ll need to try anything. Maybe the guys should hold a long team meeting at the strippers. And let’s face it: Shesterkin has sucked all season long & the fact the Rangers signed him to the most expensive contract ever given to a goalie last week must be worrying considering he got pulled again today. The Kings aren’t exactly one of the league’s goal-scoring juggernauts & if this keeps up maybe Shesterkin may decide to pack his bags & escape to the KHL!...et peut-être LAVIOLETTE also ????....lolll
Why would he leave? He is cashing in $11.5 M a year!!! Who would leave this behind? Lolmaybe Shesterkin may decide to pack his bags & escape to the KHL!
In one of my no trade pools I picked Shesterkin, Eeeek. And let’s face it: Shesterkin has sucked all season long
I was kidding however if he’d really want to leave i’m sure some of the Russian gangsters running some of those KHL teams would gladly pay him that same amount of money to play there. Why would he leave? He is cashing in $11.5 M a year!!! Who would leave this behind? Lol
