a question about vibrators

Is using a vibrator still just as good if a condom is on the vibrator? Does the condom reduce the effect in any way?

I always use condoms on my vibrators and it does not reduce the feeling at all. do remember that vibrators are made of plastic msinly, so it doesnt change anything if you add more plastic. still the same great feeling
