Agencies running late and switching

Anyone else finding that certain agencies are getting worse with their time-keeping? One regular and expanding agency, usually reputable, ran late then decided to pull a switch without calling: needless to say I sent away

If you got "baited and swtiched" by a usually reputable agency, it would really help many posters (and the agency too) if you would name the agency.

That kind of stuff does not fly.

I've never encountered a "Bait and Switch" even when the girl was 2 hours late!
