This whole post LC made alludes to how she enjoys the outings + wining and dining. It pretty much sounds like she’s imposing “how the industry changed” finally.

The thread is an actual question. But she answers it herself by saying “So yes, things are changing whether you like it or not” … oh and to not comment anything we don’t like. Maybe this should be a blog then?

We all know what this thread is inspired by lol. I’m all for the sisterhood but not when it’s toxic and it wants to gaslight clients into thinking how things are gonna be working now…

And also entitlement to money for crappier service (which we do our best to avoid). And yes it used to be better before Covid I was in the hobby since 2015. More senior hobbyists could confirm how it was before. If you want to offer social services for 20k that’s your business but like any business people have to be honest or they will lose clients. If I pay my barber for a haircut of course he’s going to have a conversation with me but I’m not paying him for a conversation. I’m paying for a haircut. Same goes with an SP if I pay for sex and gfe (and if that was mentionned in the ad and agreed upon of course) of course we will talk but I am not paying to only talk. I have great respect for SPs that provide what they advertise but 0 sympathy for scammers in ANY business.

- About the Rates: They increased way more than my salary...
I could wait more without seeing ladies and pay the merb indy rates once in a while but over 300-350/H just turns me off.
It kills the GFE... For the GFE to be realistic and chemistry to happen at some point and repeat etc, the Rate must be at a certain level that fits with my budget...
Because, I also like, when the session goes off the charts, to develop some connivance, complicity and to achieve that, I have to repeat frequently, not only every one or two months...
So since the rates are almost double of 12 years ago, I mostly rely to half hour dates which is not an option with most merb indies.
And even the merb agencies do not promote HH rdv even if they might accomodate... I never asked.

In the same vein, the HDH indies playing the glamour card (they existed even 10-15 years ago) and suggesting expensive gifts, wines, trips etc, are a total turn off for me.
I guess there is a clientele for that...
