Hehe since you guys seem to be able to book often and all , any tips on how to become rich? I am currently selling a lot of my stuff, what i tough was mostly "dla cochonnerie" is selling for 5 or 10$ here and there... so i get a little cash from that, but im running out of stock soon. I am buying lotterie ticket but it seem to not be a working way, sadly.

I have already ruled out robbing a bank, since i don't like to be locked between 4 walls with dudes and no girls :lol: There is my hockey card collection i could sell... could probably afford 2,3 or 4 meeting with that depending if i get the right guys... but NAH no way im touching this... spent my life working on it !!! Now only if Carey Price can finally develop his potential... invested so much on him

Stock market if you know what you are doing ( I dabble a little ). I made my money the hard way, worked for it and got a good name in the industry. I still play the lotto but I have played the same numbers for over 30 years and still playing. If you do not have a degree and are willing to work hard there is tons of money to be made in Alberta, eg: portable drillers helper you can make about $350.00 a day ( new hire ), rock truck driver about $80,000 a year ( just need proper class license ), GPS surveyor for seismic $250.00 a day ( new hire ) or $350 a day couple of years experience. welders assistant $ 80,000 a year to start. Work on the big rigs start at about $60,000 a year. Most of these jobs I listed include rooms and meals as you would most likely live in a camp ( no where to spend money which is a good thing ). At these jobs you work 7 days a week for 3 weeks and then a 4 day off schedule.

It is quite simple in concept yet tough in execution. Two words: Compound Interest. Say you have an extra $100 in your pocket. With most folks they got an extra $100 and looking for ways to spend and waste it. For the smart individual, the Joey Knishes of the world, they don't see $100. They see $100 at a %15 to %20 return looking for high probability, positive EV, and low variance transactions. Keep rolling that over and over with discipline and proper stop loss, over the long haul they will be above all the majority donks out there.

You don't need some fancy post graduate degree, some fancy fleeting job title, or some other bullshit so called prestigious facade.

If you are capable to achieve things on your own time, in your own space and on your own terms, abundance and being limitless would be obtainable. The money will arrive all on its own.

Selling your stuff is a way to get some ready cash, but that's not sufficient as a carreer move. You need to increase your revenues or decrease your expenses; preferrably both.

I can't really tell you how to get a job. That depends on your abilities and ambitions (maybe go to Saudi Arabia or something). But cutting down expenses is easy:

Buy and prepare your own food instead of getting cafeteria/restaurant every day, etc.
Never buy from vending machines, unless for a very special occasion (like during an important date)
Eat less. This will also cut your future health expenses.
Cut down on drinking and stop smoking if you smoke.
Buy old 5$ video games instead of new ones at 50$.
Don't waste money on lottery or gambling.
Escorts are a luxury. Don't spend more then 10% of your income on escorts. If you don't have an income, or if it is less than 10% of itself, then take a break from the hobby for a while.

But just for info... 10% on escorts really? I would say right now 70% goes on escorts... lol rest on beer, internet, cell... gladly i have very few to pay. But yeah im probably gonna chance that soon. Don't worry guys i rarely buy games at 50$... 3 a year maybe... the ones i really want. The usual call of duty... We all got the point, Mike, at least that's what I think; you started this thread as a joke, but it made most of us stop and wonder... This being said, 10-15 % on escorts is a good estimate of what is reasonable to spend, IMHO. I'm less reasonable when it comes to video games (bought for close to 400 dollars on Steam in the last three months... COH2, Dishonored, Bioshock 2, Far Cry 3, etc. ) and I also buy lots of bluray on Amazon. it's too easy to order stuff online from the comfort of your house...That's one thing to avoid!!
