-Being nervous & intimidated is quite normal prior to your first experience (or two). I've been there and trust me you'll enjoy it. It's a different experience. But don't get your hopes too high. p.s. A small dose of ASA may also prevent you from getting a headache by using the blue pill.

i can understood no alcohol but why no cafeine/redbull/engery drink? i actualy had an energy drink for a meeting once abut 2 hours b4 meeting & not sure if reason or not or lady or combinasion of both but recovvery was faster for me & i had the most msog in along time that i can rembemer.
