No, I offer that service and I've had many guys book me for GFE and when they showed up they said they just wanted to cuddle and talk. Why would we be offended? Most SP I know are NOT ''sex fiends'', they just know have good interpersonal skills, are courageous and open minded, and they know how to listen to people's needs.
Also having a high sex drive doesn't mean you want to do nothing but having sex with your clients. I know SP who have high sex drive but still go on dinner dates with clients, etc.

I was watching this documentary about a massage parlor in the UK and most of the women said that although they did get a lot of requests for kink stuff and some men were just horny, a large part of their clients needed human touch and someone to connect with who isn't like a therapist..
