Personally I don't. I tried and hated it every time and it's a hard no for me. There are health reasons for it as well for me.. but there are SP who are really into it Honestly pretty often. I also think what's "good in bed" is very subjective and often has to do with comparability and chemistry. But a lot of clients are really attentive

I take ADHD meds, but not to stay focused on escort work. I take them to stay focused on driving, or to be able to do things in my daily life that need to be done. To stay focused in my other job. They serve no purpose for the escorting job.
My issues with escorting is to try and break out of my introverted mind to be willing to break out of my solitude to go meet someone, and let the extroverted side out. Without the pill, it is even harder to break out of my introverted mind to be willing to step outside.

Sexually no, because the equivalent of a man is not how well he performs in bed but how nice he is before we meet the bed, or how we get along. I do think back to how much fun they were to play with though.
