Just this week, I saw at least 5 instances of "so and so is now so and so". I don't know why guys do this... it doesn't make you seem helpful! There's a reason they changed their names and work.

This is a very good point. People can change their name because they’re harassed, they can quit an agency and join another one for the same reason. It’s very unfortunate when people come online to tell people their new location.

It’s different if the person changes her name every other day to scam people. This information should not be kept secret.

Unless I am wrong these are the Merb Rules. This is a review board after all.

We consider that ANY SP has the right to ask for removal of posts about her, as long as it does not affect the objectivity of the board. We consider this board as being a service to the "hobbying community", but the service providers have the right to decide whether they want to be reviewed here or not.

EDIT 1: It seems the change was never clearly stated here but, since quite a while, it`s been MERB policy not to grant NRP for escorts, unless there`s a direct verifiable threat to her safety or unless she permanently leave the business. This is still in effect.

ACCORDING TO THIS A NO REVIEW POLICY IS ONLY GRANTED IF SHE PERMANANTLY LEAVES THE BUSINESS OR IT IS A VERIFIABLE THREAT TO HER SAFETY.

An agency SP was granted No Review Policy when she was no longer on the roster. When she came back to the agency it was lifted.

EDIT: As Oceanne is currently being advertised as being available on the xxxtase website, her NRP has been lifted as per MERB rules.

You are misinterpreting what I posted ...
1) I get consent to write the review I do not send the review for approval. There is enough shill on this board already both good and bad
2) Agency girls are not advertisers. I do get your point that if you post ads on Merb ...
It is nice that you get consent from the lady that is a gentlemanly thing to do I have no issue with it my point was and still is that you don’t need her consent.
You are writing a review on a review board that is what the board was created for.

I am not sure you and @Fradi are really in disagreement with each other. Fradi states that a review without explicit or personal details should not require specific consent. Based on what you wrote here you seem to be OK with that too?

Because this is still a form of consent believe it or not. Asking the person if the details are too explicit/crude for their liking is asking consent.

I fully agree and you can read any one of my reviews, none of them are explicit or contain personal details and i believe they are all respectful actually they are all about ladies I had a fantastic time with and have been seeing for years.

What I am trying to get across here is that this is a review board anybody advertising here has to understand that they will be reviewed and nobody needs their approval or consent that is up to the Mods to monitor and to remove the review entirely or portions of it that they deem inappropriate not the SP.

What purpose would a review board serve if SP were to approve and consent to their review before it being posted.

This person still asked me if it was ok to write a review. He mentioned it wouldn’t be explicit and didn’t send it before posting. I saw no issue with the review so I replied to it instead of ignoring or arguing.

I agree with most of this, but pointing out that a SP has bad oral hygiene or might be of different weight than advertised is important information for a review board. I think in those two particular cases it is rather a matter of how to convey the message in a respectful manner.
That was kind of my point, thank you. Use words that will be respectful and let us read between the lines.

Thank you,
TJ

To add onto this, stop outing people's name changes. Just this week, I saw at least 5 instances of "so and so is now so and so". I don't know why guys do this... it doesn't make you seem helpful! There's a reason they changed their names and work.
And we actually have a thread about this for everyone to see, including the stalkers.

The subject of identifying a provider that changes her name rides on an extremely thin line.

On one hand we have those that change their stage name for safety and/or family reasons. It's a no brainer that in such cases that the person should NEVER be called out.

On the other hand we have those who will change their name following multiple bad reviews/service and want to hide behind a new name while still offering below par service. We often refer to the term "bait + switch". In these cases, for the benifit not only of the customer, but for the general community, indeed it should be called out.

Let's just be more diligent before making a choice of identifying or not, for the right reasons

Hold on…but you’re actively participating in that thread?
You are absolutely correct, Lili is still Lili, just another agency, with same pictures and Britany went Indy, its publicity for her. And as you can see, this is the only references i made. And in my OP i did apologize for anything i may of said out of context, but in these two isolated occurrence's, no harm. There are a lot of ladies changing agency's, names and pictures, for a good reason, and i respect this, and some have retired and made public in the threads, so again no harm.

LC i respect you, but you do not need to always try to find the bad in people, we all make mistakes and i have been around long enough to have made a million mistakes and i will own up to all of them and some i must learn to live with.

I was simply confused. I wasn’t trying to insinuate anything.

On a more serious note, over sharing and mentioning details that aren’t on the SPs ad or website is exactly why some of us have a strict “no review policy”.
