Some girls are super popular and book up ahead of the time they are scheduled to start. Some could have also had a change of plans and instead of working a 8 hour shift she told the booker she was only working 4 instead, lots of factors here besides just the old "the agency is playing with us" not to say that does not also apply at times. There was a agency years ago that was famous for that and I am sure some still do and right or wrong it is business sense 101. Also some bookers take the girl off the schedule once she is fully booked, it is common with some agencies and not with others.

Even then, the agencies will play with us... They will advertised thoses girls and pics in threads and if you call and ask for that girl they will answer you "full booked" hopping you will ask for another one.
It hapened again to me last night... I called the agency for one girl one hour before her shift start to make shure I get her during the evening... The girl didn't even started her shift and she was alleready full booked. Strangly a short time later she was not advertised in the thread any more.

I agree with you H101 but that would take an awful lot of time for booker, I can't blame him for fighting you on this one, haha.

Most of the top agencies have a "core" that have been with them for quite a while which begs another question, how long is "quite a awhile" in this business? 3 months? 6months? a year? 2?........time for another poll booker! :yield:..........:lol:

Good agencies always need a core but as important they need new ladies coming in to keep business steady. The top agencies do this and understand this as it is just basic business sense.

OK, but then you should do the data mining along the lines that I mentioned. Then we could look at perception vs reality. It would be an interesting exercise.

I do agree with you "core"and new ,but even if it is just basic business sense,some operators have more facilities then others to succeed in that department .
A great escort agency operator needs lots of patience which is not the virtue of all

Bonjour Booker. En 2008 j'ai écrit sur se board que la fin d'Eleganza était proche. Les signes étaient évident.
Aucun effort d'investissent sur l'agence , photos ou le site.
Tout était simpliste et de mauvais gout. Les filles regardent ca tout le temps. Oui John recrutait mais les filles quittaient tous après un certain temps parce qu'il ne portait pas attention au détail et n'investissait pas dans son agence.

Mike et James c'est pareil. Platform internet ordinaire, photos sans aucun rafinement, investissement et aucune volonté artistique.

Quand elles regardent comment Nadya à su toujour investir dans son agence à travers les annnées et Mojo qui a mis le paquet pour prendre sa place dans le marché , il est normal de voir se qui arrive en se moment.

Je n'aime pas beaucoup participer à ce genre de thread de ''GRAND SAVOIR''() mais bon, il me semble que pour qu'une agence perdure tout ce que ça prends c'est des filles 'hot', Élite à 4 as, chloe, christina, chanelle et isabella, je ne crois pas qu'aucune autre agence à Montréal, même Mojo à 4 as comme ça dans son staff, tant que cette agence aura ses 4 as je n'ai pas peur pour eux, bien sur le problême pour une agence est de garder ses filles, au-delà de la qualité du site internet et des photos, le ''maraudage'' entre agence pour se piquer des filles va souvent faire la différence...
