I think you need to refine what you mean by "best recruiting agency"? Best recruiting at what? If it's fresh, beautiful, raw talent, there's no question the answer is GG. Filter by (true) age and years of experience, and measure by quality of the service delivered. For everyone that thinks otherwise... I would strongly question their experience.

Recruiting is not only of question of number and no one should make the mistake of mixing quantity with quality

Hiring girls in this industry on the promises of high cash flow is very attractive for the young ladies

However are they all ready to provide the finest companionship.

My criterias has a booker /escort agency operator where simple to understand and was straight forward with the ladies extensions and repeats are the name of the game .

Now for this to happen the client must feel that the servicing isn't to mechanical


Whithstanding the client is of good hygiene respectful courteous and polite he should qualify for a good quality GFE.

The girls must be made aware and understand and further more agree to offer it .

I have booked girls from different agencies in the course of the last calendar year

I check regularly the roster of many and the reviews ,
I have to appreciate the top quality servicing provided by Nadya's girls
After all I am looking for a Booker service Carroll and Nadya have analyzed my needs and then only recommand to me those who will .
By doing so they show dedication in the art of vip servicing

I for one much prefer quality to quatity ,but then I have to admit I have never eaten in Poutine in my life and I ware exclusiF high end watches

They are choices for all

Another very importante factor I forgot to mention I am looking for PSE and extreme PSE encounters Nadya is the only agency that can supply with those criterias in mind

Generally it is easier for a SP to down grade from PSE to GFE then to upgrade

To have memorable encounters with SP a agency must be very
selective in their hiring .

And also selective in their customers.

Nadya's has resuscitated this current trip for me, from its very sad start and disappointing misses, with 2 incredible encounters, and I have nothing but compliments. :hail: But, I still stand by my vote, based off track record. Not saying I won't change, I always reserve that right, these things are never static, but I have only a limited (albeit spectacular) history with Nadya's, and a significantly longer one with GG.

I differ from you in my definition of recruitment in another way, Booker, in that I crave GFE, not PSE. If it veers into PSE, depending on how you define it, that's fine, but GFE is my bar. And GG does just fine there. I can see how your vote makes sense, if PSE is part of the filter, as ads suggest Nadya's ahead in that dept. But for me, I'd rather have that be a pleasant surprise afterwards, rather than an explicit expectation beforehand.

Regardless, we're nitpicking on details. Two fantastic agencies and many others in this fine city, we should all be thankful.

Happy to see you had two pleasant encounters @Nadya's.

However for your interpretation of my filter you are wrong .
My filter being avoid YMMV withstanding the is of good hygiene polite courteous.

For this a complete menu offering a diversity of services so the client the SP not only for her looks but also her entertainment capacity.

Having been on the other of the fence for many years I understand that cretain client will only see ladies if they cim others if they do Greek .
And question for those services but doesn't even take them it is only to see how open minded the SP is ,

The fact you went at Nadyas this weekend illustrates exactly what I am saying a PSE lady can service a client that is filter is of GFE standard but the reverse situation is very likely improbable.

I do agree their is many great SP in Montreal and also many good escort agency operators.

What I am actually happy of is that the will have attracted over 2,000 plus views
Who gains on this certainly not me since I have no financial gains lost contrary to others.
Since G4U has a group of 16 dedicated admirers it was a forgone conclusion to the ending that they would take the lead if they wanted too
I am happy that they did vote :thumb:

In my humble opinion a great recruiting agency or the "Best" like the poll suggests, is one that regularly gets debutantes that offer gfe service first and foremost with some or many becoming stars. (Eleganza had the blueprint on this for a long time and were thought of by many as the best at recruiting, not sure if there were any polls)

Also a good recruiting agency will look to or receive calls from ladies elsewhere (other agencies, strippers, MP's, referrals etc....) like Nadya pointed out.

Pertaining to recruiting also is the fact some agencies will take any lady that wants to work (not that there is anything wrong with that) versus others that refuse based on standards of clientele or their target market if you will, another thing Nadya mentioned. (what a smart AND sexy lady, dangerous combination) :eyebrows:

Why is there no time limit for this poll by the way? Is this a poll for now AND forever?? What happens in 2 years if half those agencies no longer exist or if the top recruiters no longer recruit well? People can continue to vote? In two years there will be many new choices as well?

Asservissante should be listed in any best recruiting poll, they may not be a Merb agency per se but Martin is a top recruiter bar none based on the criteria in paragraph #1.

I have to admit that they do business the way I would stunning girls, great service , great venues.
That is the reason why I keep on going at Nadyas
But the first agency I went too when I registered to Merb wasn't
Nadya's and that agency lost the opportunity to gain a long time respectfulrespectful client of multi hours and multi girls
This conversation wouldn't even be happening if it would not have a disaster.

I am always positive but sadly nothing positive came out of my encounter other then I would not go back .

In the course of last year I have seen many SP 's many Indies ,all my encounters where incredible but that original one
