Hi all,
Currently living in the US, where getting arrested for going to see an SP can lead to a bunch of issues.
I usually travel to CR or DR, just to avoid the risk.
My real question is, how risky it is to do that in Canada? What are the “chances “ of getting arrested, when using an agency?
I understand that it’s not legal, but there are levels of enforcing certain laws, and I’m trying to understand the risks..

If it's a good agency, almost zero risk honestly.

As long as you deal with a reputable agency or known indy its practically 0.
As a tourist, I suggest you stay away from classified sites as there are lots of scammers and bait and switch that lure you into really shady parts of town... just don't bother.
Of course, if you're the source of the problem during an encounter... do expect that they will call upon private security or actual police.
As for police bait operations... stay away from any girls advertised as "young". Hell, I don't see any SPs younger than 25 for this reason.

It is now a felony since beginning of the month in Texas. So definitely need to be careful in the US.

Consensus is risk in Montreal from good reviewed agency = Zero. I cant leave Montreal for Florida to escape covid crap because It is so safe here in comparison. Undercover cops all over Florida.

I don't know about other cities but here in Montréal I haven't heard of police sting operations. The bigger risks are scammers amongst the indys and if that happens then it can lead to the police depending on how you handle that. For instance you go to a girl's place and she takes your money without giving any service and you want to take it back, she might call the police on you since it is illegal for you. Not sure about what what you can do against her.

How is the hobbying in CR and DR? Been planning a trip in of of these two.

Honestly CR and DR are not that good. It’s cheap, but I only go there because it’s legal, and not because it’s cheaper. English speaking girls are OKish, but it really depends on what are you after to be honest…

The US and Canada is like light and dark when it comes to prostitution. Unlike Canada, American politics is too mixed with Evangelical Christianity and Americans are just prudes. You got nothing to worry about in Canada. LE knows these things goes on but they are not actively enforcing it. They just go after clients that book minors, or pimps, etc..

I play on coming to Montreal for 2 nights, and I’d be happy to get recommendations for a Friendly and good hotels - I tried searching the hotels threads but it’s kinda of confusing. I need a good hotel, so I can work from the room during the day, but also party at night without having any issues.. any recommendations?

You seem like a relatively bright guy. Read the threads in the forums and make good decisions. The 2 most important things you need to do is to not complicate things and have fun.

Most of the Costa Rican SP are from Colombia or Nicaragua. $80-$100/hour is great, but a lot of non-English speakers and even more silicone. CV19 has killed the "talent pipeline" so you're left with table scraps.
Go directly to Colombia. It's the mecca if you like passionate brunettes.

Fun fact (confidential): sometime in the last year I gave an accidental facial to the supposedly "legit" young female masseuse in the Taormina hotel !

Probably a personal issue of mine but I don't trust hotel wi-fis. I use airbnbs and work out of them all the time in Montreal.

I guess it’s a matter have preference.. have you tried Thailand?

personally, I value the quality of the company over the price of it.. and I’m not much into overnights anyway, so It’s not a factor for me..
