More infos....

Hi Moby Dick!

Well to help you out on this one, I will need more infos ...

When you said you're on hold, does that mean you have collected money since
May?

Did you work meanwhile or since?

Did you have wrote a first letter when the accident happenned?

How goes the relation in between your employer and you?

REASON CSST have put you on hold????

I may be abble to help you but let me tell you one thing, this system is a very complicated one and be prepared to fight!!!!;)

Get a lawyer would be my first suggestion.

My second would be to check out Project Genesis. They know alot about helping people sort through this kind of beaucratic bullsh!t. T

on second thought call Project Genesis first, then call the lawyer.

Ronnie,
Naughtylady

P.S. You have my empathy on your back pain. I am still suffering with mine since a car accident last February. The SAAQ is giving me a hard time, I only wish I had gotten a lawyer involved sooner.

First, you are not on the CSST, your boss is. The CSST (Commission de Santé et de Sécurité au Travail) is an insurance taken by the compagny or boss that you are working for.

Taking a lawer at this step is a very very bad idea. The CSST is not going to like it, your physicians are not going to like it. Worse, that will cost you a lot of money and your lawer will face a whole team of most likely better lawers. If your lawer include you physicians in a law suit or other legal actions they will stop seeing you. You will have to find an other physician.

In front of the CSST, your best friend is your physician. Talk to him, he as forms to fill and evaluation to send. Without your physician you get nowhere with the CSST.

Remember the CSST is an insurance taken by your boss, to protect him againts paying you directly for your work accident.

Best wishes,
