I have never been to Cuba. I assure you the Cuba you saw is not the same as the resident experience. There have been SP's I have known who went to Cuba, and they said where they went was mostly relegated to tourists. They liked the beaches and they said they met many other tourists.
I did explore a company who acted as a travel agency and claimed they could get Americans in through an elaborate scheme in which you pay them $ up front and they take care of all your needs including girls. After reviewing the details, I decided not to partake because the way they claimed to bypass immigration was sketchy in my view and they could have just taken my money and claimed that they couldn't get me in. I really did not get that far with them. I had one conversation and decided to drop my inquiry.
