It's usually because you have bad breath. But, kissing can also be a very personal thing for people and it's very possible that an SP didn't feel comfortable kissing.
Yeah I did. I went to see the SP several times. During the first few encounters, she gave me DFK, and in the last one, she refused. She did not say no but was turning her head when I tried to kiss her and gave me a few pecks.
There could be many reasons, mostly breath, could be you ate something and didn’t realize it was giving off an odour or maybe she had some kind of issue with her mouth, teeth or just wasn’t in the mood.
Why not ask and then you would have known.

of course if you systematically get low mlieage on that service, then its probably you. but if you normally get decent mileage, then its not you
