Seem like you obviously dealing with the wrong kind of bookers then, i am usually satisfy with the bookers i deal with, and thats why i go back to them for business. Beautifull girls are in every agencies, i could name you at least one hot girl for every agency that list on merb that i would be interested to see. My final choice often have to to with the agency, if they are reliable (small cancellation rate) , if the booker is friendly, provide great assistance etc, and if he drop the girl on time. This make a long way in my decision to use agency a or agency b... So that for me is pretty much the tip in a way lol
I know, but i tough this would be apropriate to add this part. Some people seem to think the booker part is not much important, but for some like me it is a lot. And i will admit i was tempted to tip the booker in the past, but then im thinking what is an extra 10 or something for a guy that make so much money anyway

I have on occasion handed the girls a 10$ and asked them to give it to the booker/driver for being so accommodating and friendly and for sometimes being late(lol) and i get to spend a little extra time with the ladies, even if it is only to chat and admire her a little bit longer. And then there is those times where they are constantly texting and calling the girl and it becomes annoying, i understand they have a schedule to keep, but i think like someone mentioned that there should be a 15 or so minutes for the girl to collect herself and have time in between sessions. And also, i know its been brought up a million times but the shower time and getting ready for their next appointment, should be done on the agencies time so that's where this 15 or so minutes would be a great addition for the ladies and to the client. I am not sure on how i can make a comparison to anything else out there, to what other industry can we make a comparison with, i mean we pay for 60 minutes we should receive 60 minutes of ME time and if we want to end it sooner it should be our prerogative to say ok were good. I always try to greet the ladies at the door with a smile and showered and smelling nice to the ladies and take the time to let them get comfortable with me and the surroundings, a glass of wine, chocolate, some chit chat and a little laughing never hurts, so if things keep going like this and rates go up then i will start to answer the door in my birthday suit and forgo all the pleasantries and get right down to business, cause GFE isnt supposed to stand for GET F%^&$* EVERYTIME.
GFE should be the way we see it, meet at the door, a kiss and a glass of wine, a little foot massage(her feet of course) and things develop from there.
And also, i dont know if i am going off subject but raise your hand if this has happened to you, cause its happened to much lately to me: Your in motion, maybe a couple of minutes from that big O and a buzzer goes off and you get asked those dreaded questions, do you want to continue this next time or take more time cause our time is up, ok more time now please, ok let me check with my driver and he says ok, 110$ for another 30 minutes, what a mood killer. My last time the buzzer went off i controlled myself and just pulled out and finished it myself while i was in the mood, go for your shower honey im good or ill just say ok and just call someone else for another 60 minutes later on. Just the things we put up with, a buzzer will not get a repeat from me, never ever. Sorry ladies and gentlemen, for putting this out there, but i cant be the only one with these things lingering in the back of their minds.

Good point. When I did outcall I always brought 2 bottles of water, 2 beer and 2 coolers and gave the SP her choice and took 10 or so minutes to socialize. I have been thanked for this by some SP and have gotten extras I have read others were charged for ( warrants a tip ). I have also been told by some SP they do not like it when they walk in the door the customer says get your clothes off and give me a blowjob, guessing that is when the YMMV comes into effect. The main reason I highly prefer English speaking SP's is it find it cold to walk in and just start having sex with no communication, tried it and did not enjoy myself. As for the final buzzer it should be a 10 min warning ( not including shower time ) not a time is up thing.
Again, the above is just my opinion.

A few examples .
The ladies or paid by the hour for there presence ,no action required ,when they are showering ,they are present.
Synchronizing calls is not always a simple task ,even worst when you have a nervous unexperienced newbie Driver ,that makes everyone nervous and unhappy ,client included .
When the client is well served ,no texting no hassling ,great service ,are tips then proposed ?

Well that always depend on your style dude, you see it almost never happen to me to reach the limit. First of all i try to get the time in front of me, and yes i do check the time when she enter, so this way im sure to be able to finish nice and all. Secondly, im so used to this now that i can usually manage to plan the session from the get go, 10 min intro, 5 min bathtime if she need it, 30 min of sex, 15 min of "after". Obviously this make me 1 sog only, but i couldn't really reach for more anyway, i need recharging. Did it a few time in the past, but not sure i could again unless action start in less than 5 mins ...
So basically controlling yout time is important, if anything i rather have a buzzer tell me there is 5 mins left in case i forget to check time...
Lol thats basically a piss poor excuse, lol, we all know those "paying for the time" is only for legal measure. I feel as Thor on this tough, shower and such should be off your time, even tough its not and i doubt it will ever be, unless a specific agency list it (been done in the past). Sure the inexperienced driver/booker can surely be a pain in the ass, i know what im talking about lol, but instead of booking 1h and being at the door 1h flush, the drivers could always be there 10 min after, the general time would become 1:10 shower included.
The thing is, you can control your session usually, it may not be the best move for having a good time, but if she enter the room and you want sex after 3 mins, you usually can do, unless she have to go to the bathroom first (wich is really a 50% occurence to me, happening more in summer obviously)
But at the end... you can't as much, i saw reviews of dude saying there was 15 or 10 mins left, and the SP insisted to go shower while the poor guy was almost cumming... 15 mins that stretched...
But with agencies having incalls very often now, this is something we may see more and more, girls leaving without shower and taking it at the incall place. Obviously they have to be sure they don't have another outcall client right away. Then shower time become on the dude's time at first.
One thing for sure i would never say no to an SP asking to shower BEFORE a meeting, if she ask this, there is probably reasons... :lol:

Quick question for those of you who always tips a Sp for a service that is expected.... Do you tip your doctor, lawyer etc? If not why. They spend many years in university studying very hard to make your experience with them as painless and pleasurable as possible. All an SP needs is looks and an attitude and they pull in the same coin. Not at all trying to be rude to the Sps out there just think some of you think tipping is a status upgrade for yourself.

I usually never tip.Sorry but no offense to the ladies here.The donations have been getting pretty expensive lately I miss the days of donations $160.00 for the hour it was more reasonable & more affordable for me on my salary, now I hobby less, so adding a tip bumps the donation higher.
However if I've repeated with the same lady several times I give her a rose to show her how much I appreciate her & hoping it makes her feel special.
Actually the 1st time I gave a rose to an SP she was really happy with a big smile on her face & surprised. I gave it after our session not expecting anything in return. Next time she see me she always remembers the rose.
