What do you mean, explotative side? How?

By exploitative, I mean they couldn't resist showing the scantily-clad girl in the photo shoot and getting the bed area ready for an appointment. Maybe I just get excited about such things, but it didn't seem necessary.
Thought I saw a boob in there too, but maybe imagined that.
