Dowloading of PM boxes to a Text file ?????

I've been trying to get in touch with several agencies over the past few days but their PM boxes are full.

Why is it that agencies don't do this, download their total Private Messaging "Sent" & "Inbox" folders as a text "TXT" file to their pc's desktop & delete everything after.

Perhaps they like to miss out on business or I guess their so busy that they could care less ?

If you're in touch with any of them, suggest this to them, because I for one and maybe others won't call an agency from work, so I prefer using the PM function

This is a great idea, JJ. I actually did this earlier today. Finally, i have an inbox that's totally empty! It feels great to be free!

p.s. I agree with you. Lately, i tried to send a pm to MartinXXXtase & to a few other agencies & their inboxes are always full.

It could be that they merely wish to keep track of ongoing coversations as they make their bookings. I'm sure they get extra PM space allocated, but maybe management should adjust this.....That being said, I thought Clients, SPs & agencies were not supposed to do bookings via PM....Maybe I'm wrong...

You may be right. However, i simply wanted to ask them a question & who knows, i may have given them a phone call had they answered my query.

I just checked my PM box, to be sure and we can download and select any or all pm's in our box.

I'm guessing you are likely correct about the allotted space of their pm box. Which management should adjust this ?

I don't know about confused, but if I want to ask about a girl via pm, they aren't necessarily booking anything by answering simple questions.

That is incorrect, as explained to me by one of the mods. What is not allowed is solicitation of business by PM. Accepting bookings is OK.

Runple is right. An agency/girl can't send random PM to members offering her services but agencies/girls who are advertiser can accept requests by PM and respond to questions.

Advertisers have bigger boxes than regular member, really bigger boxes. Most places probably do like I do and forget to clean-up once in a while.
