erection trouble with the wife

I think the title says it all.

I'm a 32 years old guy, I've been hobbying about one a week more or less for the last 4 years.

I can stay rock hard for a full hour with an sp or mp but today I wasn't able to stay hard with the wife. After 10 minutes of intercourse, I went from hard to jello, in second.

Maybe it was too late at night or maybe it is a sign I should quit hobbying.

Any info would help.

I think THEHITMAN's recommendations are quite solid. Both aspects definitely contribute. Also, if one is overweight, losing some weight / improved fitness helps as well.

I'm a little bit in disagreement with many posts here. I find it a nice complement to having sex with the wife, that is hobbying. But I hobby 1 to 2 times a month the most, I guess if I would be hobbying every week it would not be the same. And yes I do watch porn and do masturbate, it is good for onés health. My sex with the wife is great, it is just that she does not have the same libido, is tired and I respect her when she is not in the mood. And with children, it is very much understandable.

Anyway, my 2 cents on this topic.

If this happens often, then maybe you should see a doctor... at that age it's not normal!

I'm 36 and I have the same habits as you... and sometimes the wife comes after me the same day I went to a sp-mp... it's hard no matter what. (I'm by no mean a rambo).

Although we are all different, it's similar for me. First meetings with an SP I may stress for a "performance" goal, and if that happens, nothing works! With the wife, or with someone I'm getting to know better, it becomes more of a "let's pleasure each other", no stress, and everything gets back to normal.

I'm in the late 50's range and, so sadly, the erections are hard to come by except by my own hand or early in the morning with the wife.
With SP's, who you can do nastier stuff with, I've sometimes used my own hand with her mouth taking all of my load. That can be a fantastic finish. However, some SP's are so beautiful you just want to ram the heck out of them. Next time I might try 2 Cialis to be sure I'm rock hard. Should experiment on my wife first. Downside is that it makes you a bit dizzy/headache and that you should avoid alcohol cause it affects Mr. Wiggly.
