Ted Lasso is on Showtime and not on the main streaming platforms, so unless you are a Showtime customer, you don't have access to it.
Ted Lasso is an Apple TV+ show, no?

It's a good show. Nice to have a series promoting positivity for a change as opposed to the negativity both on and off screen.

So if I have a Mac Book Air laptop I can stream it?

You can watch it on anything pretty much (Apple, Windows, game consoles, even Android). I use the app to watch it, but you should be able to watch it on a browser too (just like Netflix).

Also just like Netflix, there's a monthly fee. You might even be able to watch the first one or two episodes free (that's what I did back then, for this and a whole other bunch of shows on Apple TV+). There should also be a trial period on top of that too.

Very surprised nobody has posted about Silent Sea. This Korean series - one season - features 2 actors from Squid Game (the Well Dressed Recruiter and the organ-removing Doctor). It's a science fiction about the Earth running out of water and the efforts to use a laboratory on the Moon to conduct research to solve some of these issues.

I recommend with these reservations:

1. It's probably only going to appeal to fans of the science fiction genre.

2. The plot is slow in developing and I know some of you are "instant gratification" guys who want to be entertained immediately. It may not work for the IG guy. It's a tad cerebral.

3. During the series a number of characters are depicted vomiting like open fire hydrants. Some of these scenes are gross, disgusting and upsetting and should not be viewed while eating.

4. For those of you who don't like very controversial and upsetting themes: the series deals in part with human experiments. For this reason, viewer discretion is advised. As children are the subject of the experiments I would strongly caution on watching with young children.

5. I did not understand the ending, nor did one of my coworkers, who otherwise liked the series.

I did watch the first few episodes but just couldn't finish it. Yes I get that it's science fiction but once it pushes the boundaries too much, I just can't suspend my disbelief. For example, when one of the guys was projectile vomiting water non stop for half of the episode. It's simply not possible - the human body just doesn't have that much water in it. Then when she adds a drop of blood to the substance and it multiplies 1000 fold - again, simply not possible.

First of all it's science fiction. Secondly the copious amount of the water vomited by that character is explained later on in the series. For me to give that explanation would constitute a spoiler. But obviously you gave up before you got the explanation. Suffice it to say that if one accepts the science presented in the series, which is SCIENCE FICTION, the amount of the water vomited by this and other characters makes complete sense.

Later in the series other characters are shown vomiting water and in some cases other substances (water-blood mixture). For me to explain would constitute too many spoilers.

It's fundamental that in watching science fiction one must suspend belief. We all know that aircraft does not travel at "Warp Speed", but to watch Star Trek you must believe that. None of us believe in "The Force", but to watch Star Wars you have to believe that it exists. And so forth and so on.

See my post above and reservation #1.

It does or can if you accept the science presented in the series. Which is science fiction. And my explaining that science would divulge a MAJOR spoiler. But I will give a hint: you are talking about water only as we know it.........

Watched the first 2 episodes of season 4 of Ozark. A couple of new characters have joined the cast, and the tension has really been ratcheted up. You wonder how the Byrds get out of each predicament and they always seem to find a way, but the new predicament in season 4 is the mother of all predicaments. They have to find a way out of it, and you kind of doubt that they will, but history teaches that they always seem to come up with some plan and it ends up working, so we will need to see what happens.................

Season 4 of Ozark has released on Netflix!!!!!

woohoo!

Wow, that flew under my radar. I've been waiting for it forever. I guess i need a little refresh on what happened at the end of S3 now. I remember the end of the brother, but not much else. Gotta watch the last episode.

I did the exact same thing yesterday - watched season 3 episode 10 before starting season 4. It's a fairly good refresher on where things left off.
