I am counting down the days to season 2 of Reacher. Very accurate to the books. Some lines were cheesy, but overall season 1 was very good on the action and story.

Hopefully, they get a hotter female lead for season 2. Guess they couldn't get much talent in terms of casting for season 1, aside from Alan, whom they hit it out of the park with. Looking forward to season 2

I've been waiting forever for those episodes. It's supposedly due to behind the scene issues between Costner and the producers, etc.

Hopefully we'll get those episodes soon. But ngl...the show won't be the same without Costner.

At least we have the spin-offs in the meantime....<shrug>

That show is way too big to disappear. At worst, they'll kill Costner's character and move on.

Among the spinoffs already released include 1883 and 1923, while two new series have been ordered: a prequel called 1944 and a sequel tentatively called 2024
i watched both 1883 and 1923 both were excellent

Yeah I liked the spinoffs too. 1923 was really good, but felt short though (to be continued, lol).

There's also a planned 6666 spinoff coming out too (i.e. the stunt ranch where Jimmy eventually went).

That one could be good! I think it's supposed to take place in modern times, so plenty of opportunities for characters to go back and forth from show to show.

The first 3 episodes of Reacher Season 2 debuted on Prime yesterday. Season 2 is based on the novel Bad Luck and Trouble, one of my favorites of the Lee Child Reacher series.

Soo funny the part were they are talking about alias
and Robert Patrick (Shane Langston)( who played t-1000 terminator) when the name Sarah conners came up says who the hell is that!

That was hysterical when they asked Robert Patrick aka Langston about the Sarah Connor alias another character was using. Someone said, "who is Sarah Connor?" and he said, "I have no idea and don't give a shit!" The writers of the show obviously have a strong sense of irony. Although the irony and tongue in cheek humor and one liners from Reacher are also in the books.

Started watching Suits on Netflix. Interesting mix of characters, witty banter reminds me of Frasier without the laughtrack. Love the Donna Paulsen character, played by stunning actress Sarah Rafferty.

I read it. It's definitely one of the better books and takes place in Nebraska. I will re-read it before start of season 3 and suggest you guys do the same.

I've really enjoyed the whole Yellowstone franchises. But 1883 is a pretty good western show if you're into that genre.

True Detective- I saw season 1 which was great, but I have read that all subsequent seasons are much weaker.

Season 2 of True Detective (ie. the one with Colin Ferrell) is arguably considered the worst one by most, lol.

Season 3 was okay, but didn't come close to the first season.

I've heard good things about season 4 so far, and I'm a big fan of Jodie Foster as an actress. When I get a chance, I'll definitely be checking it out.
