"Mosley writes, but says there was no allegation that any of the candidates in the six ridings were responsible for the campaign."

So we have shenanigans in 6 out of 305 ridings, none of which were severe enough to change the results and seem to have been the result of workers going rogue.

Which pretty much makes every part of your inital statement wrong at least based on the evidence you presented.

So if I steal one piece out of a pie and not the whole pie, I am not a thief? If you have $500 in your wallet and I only take $100, I didn't steal from you? Does it real matter, when dishonesty and fraud is fraud regardless? The point is a Federal court ruled the polls were fraudulent and that takes away democratic process from Canadians and yes that it scamming us. Bill C-36 contravenes the Charter of Rights and Freedoms and is being passed via backdoor tactics and leaving Canadians out of the decision making despite a Supreme court ruling in Canada vs. Bedford.... that is being a bully.

Even if the outcome is not affected, fraud can still have a damaging effect if not punished, as it can reduce voters' confidence in democracy. Even the perception of fraud can be damaging as it makes people less inclined to accept election results. Fraudulent elections can lead to the breakdown of democracy and the establishment or ratification of a dictatorship.

It's always a lesser of evils analysis in choosing politicians whether in the USA and Canada. The notion that one party leader is a thief and the other an angel is nonsense. They are all varying degrees of thiefs and liars and essentially voting involves figuring out the lesser evil analysis. Relying on far left wing or far right wing media publications does not help that analysis.

Frankly the 4th Estate is the real problem. Journalism is more entertainment than anything else now. Of course it doesn't help that its viewers really can't understand anything more complex than a 4 word sentence.
