I am involve in apartment renting statistically close to 1 out 2 showings is a no show even in a great erea like Cloverdale B,C where its family oriented
Valleyfield Quebec which is renone has a wellfare city the no shows where close to 2 out 3 .

Escort industry is very volatile ,I spoke to a owner recently he told me that is no shows cancellation and conversion from a hour booking to a 30 minute one was hitting 40 % ,when a hour becomes 30 minutes you are creating space if it happens four times you are loosing two hours .
When you pick your customers from the same pool its very difficult to have valid totally contradictory stats !
100% success rate versus 60 % the spread is wide don't you think ?

You also have the opposite happening. When a girl is booked (especially indy), they do not modify their availability, creating a false impression that she is available anytime during her working hours. Then it's easier for the booker to take your booking and later come up with some BS about why an SP is late. That's why I like indies like Amelie or Anabella, once they get a booking they modify the availability. It makes prebooking easier. It happened to me more than once that I had to wait 60-90 minutes for an SP, only to find out her bookings were overlapping.

I agree with you, Booker, it's largely a bogus claim. Some weeks back, I pre-booked a girl with an agency that allows pre-booking and doesn't yell and scream when someone phones in and asks on Tuesday to see a girl on Saturday. When the day arrived, I noticed that she was not on the schedule. I called Mike (MTLGFE) to make find out what's-what and he told me, yes, she's on and that she was fully booked.

You can assume it to be a strategy only when they at the last minute tell you that they may fit you in, or that a lady will become available in an hour. Maybe they lack the ladies and instead of saying we have no one available because no one wants to work for us.
