I dont think anyone should take their info from a board only go see a doctor or clinic it is totally confidential, read up and check and get the info yourself
this thread should make you think and if you have your head in the sand (i was going to say up your ass) about std then maybe time to take it out.

I know that most of us will not stop seeing escorts, just as prostitutes will not stop seeing johns.
but again if we make life even a little safer for ourselves primarily for selfish reasons and for others by being safer then that is a good thing.

I know that I have a good reputation and am not a bullshitter on this board nor are some others who have posted on this thread.

I know it has made me think twice about safety so I appreciate it.

I can't believe what I read here. I'm not talking about Tammy I'm referring to some of the other idiots who think she is lying. Do any of you realize the chances of contracting an STD ? Have you ever even taken the time to sit down and think about it ? Damn, I even see questions like what is it you have, does that smell, how do you know it's there. Christ, if you saw someone walking down the street who had heart disease do you think he would smell? Do you think someone with cancer has a sign on his or her forehead? I think for a lot of you, it's way past the point of needing and education you are lost souls. Who cares which agency, Tammy's point was, you shouldn't be doing this ANYWHERE, is not exclusive to one agency. DAmn it grow up !

I just caugh up with this thread and i`m new here, but since i know a bit about those diseases i tought i`d give info for those who are not able to evaluate the risk of different sexual practices

First there is no absolute safe sex....Genital warts, molluscum contagiosum (similar to warts) and herpes can be caught even with a condom (cbj and all) if you get an unprotected area (genital or anywhere around) in contact with someone who caries the disease....
Condoms will protect you from getting most other std`s
most common chlamydia and gonorrhea
About chlamydia 75% of women and 50% of men who carries the disease don`t have any symptoms..That means you can have and give a std without knowing it...
All the previous can also be caught by unprotected oral sex, but risk is not the same for every disease
Now the serious stuff..
Hepatitis B is a STD caught more easely than HIV... I think anyone who has sex with an escort should be vaccinated
Finally HIV Highest risk is unprotected vaginal or anal sex plus shared needles...dfk and even unlikely way to catch it.
But in infectuous disease the word impossible is almost never used
Well this is a short résumé to help all of you to evaluate the risk
of you`re preferences..Hope it was usefull

Let me just tell you that I have a friend who is a senior member of this board and he caught herpes from an escort who was giving total GFE service. So nothing is safe. You can catch herpes even with condom.

GFE (girl friend experience), I thought it only meant that the girl is friendly, she french kisses, she caresses your hair.... but didn't think that GFE meant that we can fuck her without a condom. MAX6969 is really funny, he says that it is not a problem to do it without a condom, we just have to go to the clinic and test ourselves frequently. OK and what if you learn that you got AIDS ??????? Frequent clinical tests dont mean that you are safe, you could die with AIDS though !

Technicality, but true nonetheless, you don't catch AIDS, you catch HIV, the virus that causes AIDS.

I agree with you & Tammy on this one.

Protection, protection, protection is all I can say especially in this area.

I even use protection with non SP girls/women until I know them &/or we are %100 exclusive & we've both been tested.

For your info there was a study done a few years back by a well respected medical journal i.e. New England journal of medecine, that was kept very low key.
The results were the following that Condoms work well with most of the STD's and the key word is "most". However they found that when it comes to "AIDS" that condoms were totally useless, because the microscopic bacteria,bug or virus that carries the "AIDS virus" is invisible to the naked eye and can only be seen when magnified 1000x's of times which means that the virus can get through the microscopic holes of a condom, which is visible and therefore infect people with the virus.

And for those who believe in conspiracy theories such as the "Smoking Gun" web site it was found that the condom makers are indirectily owned by the makers of the drugs used to treat STD's, therefore condoms were or are being manufactured with certain lets say " defects " so that these companies were making money from both sides of the business,intersting isn't it.....
and there was such a case a few years back, that millions of trojan condoms were pulled off the shelf because of defects ??
