There has been a few grow-ops that have been busted in Montreal in the last 10 days or so. Could it be the warm winter that revealed the large discrepancy in electricity usage that outed the weed growers. In a regular or cold winter there would be a lot more electricity usage for heating. Grow-op electricity consumption would be proportionally higher in a mild winter.
