GTs... why are they gone and what would it take to make them happen again?

I especially would like to know about the drawbacks first... the problems that have arisen in the past.

Its very expensive, for once. And the criticism I got when I did mine was not worth the benefits unfortunately. People have a very narrow and precise idea of how things should happen and are quick to bite the hand that feed them.
Not saying that to play victim, its something I saw happening to others. It takes a lot of time and if we dont have benefits from them like bookings or even just a thank you it gets frustrating.

Not really worth it for girls anymore. These sorts of things were good to bring in business and money for the girls when it's slow.
Girls are so busy and fully booked these days. They don't even need to do outcall anymore when they can just sit in the same room all day and clients come.
They don't need to go through the effort to try to make events like this to bring clients when there is already a line out the door.

Thanks for the reality check! Yes many girls don't need more business. But what percentage? Would people still come if the top top girls don't show up? What could make them come?
From what I can see in the Québec City section of this board, they had one recently and two people ended up in hospital
