Help with key French terms: TC, etc.

Guys:

I know some basic French but C is not among the words that I know. Some of the providers provide this for a tip but what do I say in French to request it? Also would need help with peal necklace, climax, etc. I guess I can point but it never hurts to have a backup plan.

"Est-ce que tu avales (or "t'avales)?" is rather crude. It means "do you swallow?" You might want to be a little more discreet.
