And I agree with the other girls... Typically SPs practice safer sex than the girl you met in your office or at the bar.
Nice generalization! However, in practical terms it is both pointless and unprovable (nor disprovable).
As we know, condoms DO NOT prevent with 100% certainty. Given the highly increased number or partners and frequency of sexual encounters prostitutes do a part of their day-to-day existence, the statistical likelihood of them having an STD is vastly increased. Like it or not, that is a fact.
Now, yes, a sub-set of that group may be extra careful, and use condoms religiously for both oral and vaginal/anal sex, and insist upon a dental dam for oral sex on them, and go what, monthly? weekly? to get a full work-up STD check (blood, swab, physical examination) but I'm gonna go out on a limb here and say that they are the exception, not the rule, and even if they were the rule, again, condoms don't protect 100% of the time, and condoms do not protect against 100% of STDs.
So ... "you pays your money, you takes your chances". Part of playing the games ladies and gents, part of the game.
By the way, I wanted to underscore what Kiki said about The Girlfriend Experience. GFE. She & I have joked often about providing a real GFE experience when guys insist upon it, where after sex the girl bitches out the guy to do the laundry, or clean up his mess in the kitchen, or that he spends too much time with his beer-drinking buddies, or refuses to have sex cause she's on the rag. You know, to bring verisimilitude to the whole experience. Guys'd probably stop asking for uncovered blowjobs real fast after a real GFE.
