Is there any truth to that?
I always thought the girls just get a straight cut of whatever is charged per hour that she is seeing a client - the remainder goes to the agency and maybe a cut to the driver if the agency doesn't pay that.
Also, I assume any extra charges the girl can keep - how is the agency going to know if any of the extras were delivered or not.

Wow, new info for me. So the girl has to have 25 customers a week ( @ $200.00 per visit ) just to break even on the girls wages. Then there is the booker, driver and advertising. I was in the same thought as micheal99 that the girl got a cut of the wages. It would make more sense to give the girl a percentage as then she would need to give a better service to get more repeat customers and good reviews. The way it is ( if the do get a salary ) there would be no incentive to give top notch service, a person could float through giving OK sevice. My 2 cents.

It is called supply and demand, when she first started she ( Ava ) was getting great reviews and lots of bookings, may as well make it when the going is good. Amarah is raising her rates also, she raised them a while ago and with poor reviews she had to lower them, now that the reviews are better again she is getting more bookings and the rates go up. Think if Neva wanted to go indy, $300.00 per hr and she would be booked.

If you can afford it and you are happy with the results of the rate, that's what counts.
