You guys don’t seem to understand that I’ve ignored him for A WHOLE YEAR. Enough is enough. You say "just ignore him" like it’s an easy thing to just ignore insults and threats that you receive every day/every other day. I can’t "unsee" his texts. I can’t "unhurt" myself after reading them. I can’t "unwonder if my client is going to kill me everytime I open the door to a new client". You guys are cruel for asking me to "just ignore him". It’s not like he’s been doing it for a day or a week. It’s been a year+ now. It’s also a little impossible to straight up ignore him when his texts start like just any other client. "hello! How are you?".
I’ve ignored him for maybe 10 months before I started replying. So ignoring doesn’t work. Replying didn’t work either as he deleted the number as soon as he has texted me. This post worked, and best believe if he starts again, an arrestation will work for sure.
He hasn’t texted me since that post. Going to jail is NOT what he wants. This post is EXACTLY what I needed to do. If he texts me one more time we’re really going to find out who he is and take him to court. I don’t like cops so I figured I’d give him one last chance to stop, and so far it worked.
If someone harasses you like this one day, after a while you will remember what you said and you will feel like assholes for telling me to ignore him. Ignore him for how much more longer? Another year? 5 years? Until I retire or kill myself? Give me a break. It’s not as easy as you guys think. It’s not just someone calling me an idiot once or twice a year. Ignoring has NOT worked. My post, so far, has worked.

I'm happy for Julia that her actions were succesful because this type of behavior is totally reprehensible and no one should be the object of such harassment. Julia confronted him and so far it seems to be a better solution than ignoring him.
