I can tell you that I have seen many situations.
If one day I have the slightest problem, and I would not hesitate to take the little blue pill.

someone overly anxious on anti-depressants does not cure anxiety, it only surpresses the highs and lows. I've been on prozac before, and the important thing to do, is to use it to help on those difficult days, but its important to try to grow out of it and not depend on them.
learn how to make friends, learn how to socialize. Join a book club... anything... do something different.

I know some guys without diabetes who take Metformin for anti-aging purposes. The main issue with that is that Metformin leads to significant reduction in testosterone levels, sex drive and causes induction of low testosterone-induced erectile dysfunction.
This could be a part your problem.
Additionally, there are many studies that show how anti-anxiety meds lower sex drive and can make it challenging, or nearly impossible, for some people to climax.
Both of those things combined are literally the worst cocktail you could possibly be taking when it comes to having a healthy sex life.

Sorry I'm seeing this thread a little late but I can tell you something. I have an experience once while I was in Toronto which I would like to share.
First a little about me, I have been in this hobby for little over 5 years now. I see on average 2 SPs every month and atleast 60 to 70% of them think I have a big junior (and almost 100% of all asian SPs said so). I am not on any serious medication for the past 10years or over.

1: playing with toys/porns (for training but still wrong, https://www.fleshlight.ca/collections/fleshlight-girls/products/riley-reid) for quite some time, mess up my brain, much more intense than the real things at least for me, it's like you been taking cocaine for quite some time, now you start smoking cigarettes, of course, you feel less excited ...
2: psychological issue, because I did not have any real sexual experience 1 month ago, too few encounters, over-thinking cause anxiety(HIV/STDs, .etc).
3: I think the medicines I've taken really account for 60% of the causes. I am taking them to increase my productivity at work and off-work as well, those medicines really helps me perform well at work and in other scenarios, obviously, that comes at a price, those meds significantly reduce my sex drive, I guess that makes sense, if you are sexually aroused, you cannot focus, if you cannot focus, you cannot be productive...

If you are on meds that reduce your sex drive...just why are you calling escorts at this time in your life? I don’t eat when I’m not hungry.
Yes I can confirm that taking anti-anxiety medication doesn't prevent an erection, but it's almost impossible to ejaculate. Besides, if you take other drugs, it can make a cocktail difficult to know the result.

mostly because I am mostly 29, I did not have any prior sexual experience, I felt immense pressure to experience one of the most seemly important aspects in life even although my analytical mindset tells me it is not going to be great.
many people could consider me a loser in personal life, due to my medical condition in the teenage year and poor family background, I've spent my adult life focusing on career and catching up on peers, neglecting emotional and physical needs. Sexual experience is probably the best to experience when you are around 18, in college, more difficult to do it 10 years later...
For me, at least for the moment, I am less into pleasure and simply trying to gain some experience.
