I don't question that it is true but I know there are many escorts who feel they would not have been prepared to enter the industry at 18. It is certainly not the norm. The question isn't so much a matter of age per say, it's about being able to leave undamaged when you eventually exit this industry. You can do that at any age but it's hard to argue that the odds of succeeding don't increase with age.
