Then what about agency turned indy, or indy turned agency girl? Are they eligible for both categories?
A follow up question, if I only saw a girl when she was within agency, can I also vote her for best indy? Vice versa, if I saw some one as indy, and she either used to be with an agency, or later join an angency, can I vote her also for best agency SP?

Regarding who to take care of the threads, maybe I am paranoid, but I would want a more seasoned board member (rather than a 3 month old handler)
A late suggestion:
One official category in which we name our favourite SPs - up to ten of them with one point awarded to each.
And each of us is free to add as many fun "unofficial" categories to his post as he wants, just as Mr. P. and Jalimon have done in that other thread.

Especially when it's coming from a 6 month old handler member that never reviewed any SP so far!!!
Anyway I have a very good idea why I'm not welcome here! I have been cc on a PM from one of his friend last week!!!

I'll spend my time to continue to review ladies and help them to improve their booking!
there is nothing personal against any one, but here is my rational:
A long time board member will be more objective, and more distant from any current agencies, as they have seen rise and falls of the agencies, and knowing that even the seemingly most popular one would fall in a heartbeat. Newer members, on the other hand, tend to have a more dependent relationship with the current agency owners, and perhaps would harm his/her ability to be fair to everyone participate in.
Regarding me being 6 month old - exactly, and that's why I am not voluteering to handle the vote.
Regarding my reviews: I have had 16 meeting this year in Montreal, and I reviewed each and every of them. Maybe do a bit of your homework before accusing any one. (examples: Meghan, Jennifer, Katie@XO, Maria Star, Kiara, Safia etc etc)
Oh, to add: why did I review? Not because all meetings are overwhelmingly good (some are, don't get me wrong), but because the agency owner asked me to (via sms, not pm, in case any one want to report my post!!)... As Mr. P said, it helps their booking!!!

Met her year 1 (Month 1) and met her for the 10th year anniversary (For old times sake).
That is sweet, and I would hope to have such a relationship with a special girl.

From the SPs perspective (and I think I can speak for the majority, please, ladies let me know if you disagree), even if this Official Best Of, is just for fun, it really means a lot to many SPs. The feeling of being recognized by those who actually book them is fucking amazing and full of love!!!
And all the ladies are different and they have different strength, and I actually think that the more categories we make, the better it is. Because it give an opportunity to shine to more SPs!
How happy were you when you were in kindergarden and your teacher put a sticker on your homework because it was a very good work?
How happy are you when, today, your Boss sends an email to everyone saying your work was so good it significantly improved the efficient of this and that and what not.?
How happy are you when your child gives you a drawing that says "you're the best dad in the world"?
It's a very tough industry that faces critique and judgment every single day.
The Ladies work so hard to stay on top of their game and deliver the excellent service you expect and deserve!!
I think the least we can do is show them some love, appreciation and recognition <3

If i may have a word on the category i would suggest to keep it simple
1) Best SP of the year
2) Best rookie
3) Best agency
I would not be against a "best veteran" but then what would be the criteria for this category? 3 years? 5 years? Who would go as far to confirm the date she entered the business... Seem just a bit complicated.
Also i am very sad and angry for what happened to Euphoria, don't me wrong, and its totally unfair they have been pushed out of business. Ironically enough another agency who may or may not have been responsible seem to also have gone out of business... I have no idea what happened, and its pure speculation, but can we say Karma? But in any case i think its totally unfair for other great agencies who provided great services all year to be "robbed" of a win/nomination in this category.
As for rookie of the year , i think its important to keep it, as its a category that can really help a couple new ladies get the spotlight.

p.s. one thing I did not like previously is a merb poll was created with some names already in it to vote. In my opinion that created a lead for those girl that was not fair for others. Hence my idea to go simpler with points calculated as Gaby wrote.

No one thinks we should include a reviewer of the year to round up HM’s list? Maybe this year will be different n more people will vote?
Oh i am totally up for having it. I feel its an important category as reviews help me so much and i am sure it does for others as well. But like i said last year participation was very disapointing. I tried my best to "host" it but i had to adjust a couple things and i realize i am really not the best person to do it. But i am in full support to have the category again this year.
And after reading Jasmine's post, i think she is right. I don't know exactly what category we could come up with that would be simple and easily trackable but i agree that the more love we show to the ladies, the better it is.

And i agree there shouldn't be names in poll as you say. That way we can also eliminate an unessessary step in the "nomination" format. Just go straight for your top 3 and use the point system and its all good.
Me am fine with the 3 catégories....including Best rookie.....agree with HM that provides a big boost to the winner and contenders.......would b nice to have 2 runner's up in each category....So Jalimon thanks and set the rules and we will all play by the book....with pleasure.
