Yup, that was his second consecutive shutout too. Habs wouldn't be where they are without Huet in goal. He had been the ironman for them during this stretch and looked to be worn down toward the end of this recent, long road trip but I think the Aebischer deal made Huet realize that he was the no. 1 goalie and it was his job to lose if he didn't play well.

I watched the Rangers game on Radio Canada last night. They had the microphone on Gainey behind the bench. It was amusing to hear how talkative he is there; I never took Gainey for being such a chatterbox!

They have 8 wins in their last 12 games and 5 of those were shutouts. Of the 4 loses, two were due to shoot out and one overtime loss. Only regulation time loss was to the Leafs. That's a hell of an impressive record for any goalie. Let's hope Huet can keep it up. I'm almost afraid that he may cool down if they give him a game off and put Aebischer in net. But he could probably use a break.

I respect him alot!
