BOYZ!

I don't think anyone roots for Mayweather.

Yes, I heard all of that before the fight. Still, just about everyone I heard expected Mayweather to win as much as they wanted him to lose. So what was the sense in paying. There might be some sort of justice? You might get lucky? I read where Mayweather got fined $2500 for one of the wife beatings. The players who got into that little brawl at the end of the last Super Bowl were fined an average of $8000. Justice isn't part of these episodes, and even if he lost do you think giving him $200 million teaches him any lesson, or makes him feel bad for his offenses?

LMAO. I am sooooo unhinged... Because of an escort review board's posts... Dude, all in good fun. I am just about the least unhinged person you'll ever meet. Or is that just with girls??? :p

You're no longer unhinged, congratulations! :thumb:

You appear calmer & more relaxed. Sure, it took you two hours to get to that level, but still, it's quite an achievement. :D

As for the fight, money was no object & i gladly paid the full price for the ppv and refused to take a penny from my guests in attendance. The Bud Light was flowing, and i even ordered a couple of jumbo-sized pizzas for the group.

Many found the fight boring, but i expected it to be like it was since i knew Mayweather's style and the fact it went the distance didn't surprise me either. However, i doubt there'll be a rematch. Mayweather will soon retire as he promised he would, and Pacquiao did everything he could to beat him and didn't come close. Nothing will change this.

Watched the fight and Mayweather was Mayweather, Pacquiao was not Pacquiao.

There was an article in USA Today which chose a boxer that would make a Mayweather fight exciting because of his style.

Mayweather would have a very difficult time defending himself with this particular boxer.

His name is Gennady Golovkin.

Google his name and you will see the article and some tapes of his bouts.

He is 32-0 with 29 KO. At present, he has a streak of 19 KO, the most in middle weight division history.

I have never seen anyone as powerful with both hands as this boxer in his weight class.

My feeling is that the boxing world wants Mayweather to prove the validity of his record.

To wait 5-6 years to fight Pacquiao was calculated on his part.

His name is Gennady Golovkin.

all belt holders r scarred of him especialy cotto that he called out like i mension earlyr in this tread. everyone is avoiding him like plague. the moment he beats someone with a name, he will go to ppv status. this is giving us enteertaining tyson like erly career kos for free on hbo.

there hasnt been a ppv for heavyweights since lennox lewis since no one likes the boxing stile of klitcho bros. wladimir is king of hugging/clitching after few jabs/hits and putting extra wait on his oponent wen he does the hugging to tire out oponent.

just like stevnson is scarred of kovolev wich is why he jumped out of hbo to go showtime wen kovolev is on hbo, cotto and all other titel holders are scarred of golovkin.

Mayweather is a natural welterweight. Golovkin is a middleweight. I doubt these 2 could find the same weight class to fight. It's about 20 lbs difference and 20 lbs is a lot for a fighter who is not a heavyweight.

Mayweather is 38 and Pacman is 36. If they rematch, it would have to be in a year and a half. Pacquiao has a torn ligament in his shoulder. The recovery time they said is a year. Pacquiao shouldn't have fought. I think a healthier Pacquiao would have made it a more interesting fight. But who knows. Mayweather takes the clinching and the rope a dope to an extreme. These 2 10 or more years ago would have mirrored Frazier Ali, but Mayweather avoided Pacquiao for obvious reasons. It takes just one of Pacquiao's wild flurries for him to put his opponent away in many of his fights. I think a younger Pacquiao would have possibly beaten Mayweather.

Packman was injured and Mayweather is finished. But they both managed to make big money with this shitty fight...
