Why: Even after being warned the review section was for customers doing reviews, not for providers trying to fix problems, they kept posting anyhow.

TOG, the next time will be way longer. We allow some leeway for advertisers to reply to bad reviews but, if you look around, the usual way is one post only. Whatever after must be dealt in private. Once the situation evolve, the customer is welcome to report on what`s happening.

Reason: Continually starting threads on the exact same subject, online dating sites, after being warned in no uncertain terms to cease this behavior.

I fail to see how my warning could be misinterpreted. I do not understand why you insist on creating thread after thread on the same subject when you have been warned to stop doing so. Your questions have already been answered by anyone who is interested in responding to you and the other thread is still open for anyone else who may be interested in responding in the future.

If you start one more thread on the subject of online dating sites when this ban has expired, your next ban will be permanent.

Dans des cas particuliers, nous laissons répondre les TDS dans leur propre thread, mais ici, la seule raison pour laquelle tu as répondu était pour le rabaisser parce qu`il t`avait un peu mal décrit, et ton second post (toujours dans ton thread) était pour dire aux autres membres comment faire des reviews. Désolé mais nous n`avons pas besoin de ça sur MERB. Prends deux semaines de vacance pour te calmer un peu car si tu reviens sur le forum pour refaire la même chose, tu seras bannie de façon permanente.

Tu as tout à fait raison quand tu dis que les masseuses ne viennent pas ici pour critiquer les clients, que se soit sur leur physique ou leur prouesses sexuelles, mais ici c`est un forum pour échanger justement sur les TDS. Si tu le veux, tu es libre d`ouvrir un forum pour faire des reviews sur les clients, mais c`est et sera toujours strictement inderdit ici.

Edit: Trois jours après avoir été bannie 2 semaines (ce qui est quand même minime comme durée). Marie-Ever est revenue avec un nouvel account, ce qui lui vaut un extra de 3 mois à sa suspension de 2 semaines qui venait tout juste de commencer.

Why: Another one who just can`t understand the price asked by any SP is what the SP think she can ask and still get enough customers to be happy. The only customer`s say on these prices is to either see the girls or not. In Eva Charm`s case, (the reason for this ban) she`s been in business long enough to know what she`s worth and I think she`s quite successful. If she would be too expensive for her target market, it wouldn`t be the case.

Also, what tipped the balance toward 1 month was a nice PM he decided to sent to Eva, telling her in a condescending way she wasn`t worth what she was asking and suggesting some things a gentleman would never do. No, it had nothing to do with kinky fun sex and wasn`t about physical violence either.

EDIT: Ban extended to two months for using another handle, boblastrap, to continue his ranting. If another handle is traced to this member a complaint will be filed with the abuse department of his ISP

Why:

1. Ignoring a Moderator`s warning with the intent to provoke a confrontation. (lack of respect towards other members)
2. Refusing to understand his personal matters with Kim have nothing to do with Kim`s services and have nothing to do in her review thread. (posting off-topic stuff isn`t allowed)
3. Crying to censorship when he is not censored at all. He was allowed to post that Kim gave him CIM 2 years ago. Other members said she don`t provide CIM. Kim came back clarifying she did provide it at the time (2 years ago!!) and doesn`t anymore. Point closed. But he insist and uses this to bring back his personal agenda. Nobody said he was a liar and he never had CIM with Kim, even Kim confirmed he`s telling the truth. What`s left to debate? MERB rules prohibit repeating the same thing over and over. He was told to stop repeating himself and refrain from posting in that thread unless he have anything review-related and new. He was not told to stop any participation. That`s not censorship.
