I am still haunted by the music from Schindler's list. A terrible story showing the best and the worst of human nature. What kind of music would you put to accompany those images? John Williams, the composer, found the right tone for it: dark but not tragic, respectful, thoughful.
I didn't like it at all when I first heard it, before seeing the movie itself. But after seeing the movie, that music brought back the images and the terrible feelings of that story, and the hope of the survivors.
