From my side of the fence, MSOG is not the norm. A small minority can easily go again very soon. Depends how long the appointment is for. They are just lucky and won the biology lottery. Lol

I usually ask at the start if they are planning MSOG, so I know if we take our time or we need to do the first shot early on so that there's enough recuperation time for another.

From my personal experience, the majority of men are like you and the desire plummets. 1hr is just not quite enough time to be able to go again.

There are many hopefuls who wish they could MSOG and therefore believe they can but simply cannot. When the session is ending and they can't accept that the second SOG is just not happening. It is like impossible for them to accept, like they're in denial. (5 more minutes please)

I feel bad because they just make themselves frustrated and disappointed. They do it to themselves because they have expectations that aren't realistic for them. I think men compare themselves to what they hear from other men, whether true or not. And its some ego thing.
