My opinion: The days of the Mecca have abated

Can't we all just get along?

While I can certainly agree that the days of excessive choice and low prices are gone (until the next severe economic downturn) Montreal does still offer some gems that frankly, are not available in the states. Besides, even though the times have changed, it's hard to deny that this is a city in which it's very hard NOT to have a good time!

I'm up here now on a trip - I did quite a bit of research - booked ahead whenever possible and have, thus far, been batting 1000. (Yes, detailed reviews are forthcoming)

If you're looking for other "Mecca-like" locations - high quality supply, low dollar cost of entry - you may need to travel a bit "OK further.

Two of my personal favorites are Australia/New Zealand and Prague. New Zealand is a particular bargain - very high quality in-call in a luxurious environment is available for approx. US$ 80. There were some incredible outcalls available in Wellington, NZ for US$65 (but I think that the damn Lord of the Rings may have ruined that deal!)

I am not young and inexperienced. I do research. I am relaying my present experience and comparing it against my experience 7 years ago when I first visited Montreal. In those days there were several agencies that had large staffs and the young women who were very service oriented, and the agencies in price were very competitive. I am not saying you cannot find good finds. I live 6 hours away. I do not go to Montreal in great frequency. So when I go, I am hoping that I can find those great finds. It is much more difficult because the supply is not what it was back 7 years ago. Seven years ago, an agency like Fatasame or Jacques would send you a young woman or 2 young women that equaled the level of the HDH you are raving about. Yes, they would also send women below that standard, but my batting average was good in those days and I always repeated with the winners. As far as the HDH, the total bill for me with my appetite when I go there would be stretching my budget. I don't know what your means or budget is? But I can only talk for myself and my experiences, and Montreal is not the bargain it once was.

I understand your point. I think I just want to rest for a while. Maybe the next time I go I will go the HDH route for a few times and selectively LDL. By the way, NY gets girls that do incall in hotel rooms in the $300 to $350 range regularly. They come from FL and most of the times they are 8s and 9s GFE's. You don't have to spend $1000. I never spent $1000 for an hour and can't imagine doing so. Anyhow, thanks for listening.

I think that due to current market conditions many HDH are LUCKY to be seeing 1 client per day. I know a few that definitely do NOT see more than one per day...

Good point. I know quite a few that are now seeing less than a handful per week. Times are tough for HDH sector, but there are exceptions, of course.

Who or what will be blamed for these tough times next? The price of gas?

Things should pick up next week when the europeans will be in town for the GP. It should be a good summer for all espys with festival season almost here.

I`ve been using escorts in mtl. since 98` I have never had a GFE up there, but it`s not my thing. It wasn`t until my last trip about 6 months ago that I received a TC. Here in the states I find the service to be more liberal & the costs are just as reasonable when you factor in all travel costs. But your fine city always draws me back. Great strip clubs to get me horny then french sluts available till the sun cums up. 5 ot 6 yrs ago Fantasme had amazing girls. Young, tight, & ready to please. My last 3 experiences with them were not very good. I`ve since used Martin, but it sounds like his agency has taken a turn for the worse. I`ll be visiting in the near future & will perform extensive research to ensure the best bang for the buck. I`ve stated nothing new here, but I wanted to give my 2 cents. I`ll post reviews after my visit.

I think there are 2 definite trends going on. Since market often work in cycles, we seem to be in a time where you either go for the high or the low ground in the market. Both directions imply some serious research of course, and one needs to clearly determine the objectives that he is trying to attain, to make sure that it ends in a satisfactory manner. There are less "middle market" options like before.

It seems that more and more there are on one side meat markets where the girls simply are working in industrial production mode, and the independents, that try to define themselves and specialize their services. And of course, anything specialized is expensive loll The hobby is becoming more expensive in my opinion also, but is it really bad? There will always be LDH to go around. It's on the HDH side that things are evolving and changing fast. Sites like FKS, or other of the type, that suggest a certain "ISO" system, are opening new types of markets that were previously untapped. And many independents out there are waking up to that fact and trying to get their share of it. If before Independent High Dollar Hotties were mostly met through referral from a guy to another, with the internet opening up new venues, word of mouth is less necessary.

Finally, the GFE issue, important to many Hobbyists, made the prices go up as soon as it was understood by agencies that it could become a marketing strategy. It played a crazy trick on us, because by using something we are driving for, they put an augmented price tag on our ultimate fantasy.
