I think Nacho is only in Better Call Saul, but Mike, Gus, Hector, and Jimmy/Saul are key characters in both Breaking Bad and Better Call Saul.
NetFlix most is garbage but there is some good movies and series.here is some

Better Call Saul is a great show. Only problem I have with it is that I recently watched the Breaking Bad series and I'm having a tough time differentiating from the past and the present. Like when bad ass Mike woke up being helped by the doctor while staying at a strangers house I thought it has something to do with how he ended up in a similar place with the same doctor in Breaking Bad.
All of the events of Better Call Saul take place before Breaking Bad, but in the later seasons of BCS we can see the plots of the 2 shows begin to converge as that is the point of a prequel. I think the doctor you refer to is in both shows- he is sort of the "go to" medical professional for injuries that must be treated privately and cannot be reported to any hospital, lest the criminal activities of the characters be exposed. There is a point at which the doctor- in Better Call Saul- decides enough is enough and tells Nacho he is not dealing with any more Cartel injuries because "this shit is too hot for me", and he never wants to see Nacho again. But later on he is made a proposal by Mike which he cannot refuse- I think there is a whole episode devoted to him and Mike and their relationship, either on Breaking Bad or BCS. And it is Mike who gets him back in the fold of being the Cartel's go to doctor for those injuries which must be treated very, very privately and under the radar. So possibly you missed that episode.
Are you guys watching Curb Your Enthusiasm? Season 10 is out and the first three episodes deal with sexual harassment. Bob Einstein (AKA Super Dave Osborne) who played Larry's buddy Funkhauser, had passed after season 9 due to cancer. He was my favorite character. They have tried to replace him by entering Vince Vaughn as Funkhauser's half-brother, Freddie. Funkhauser is said to be in China where he has found a girlfriend (he's taking a dirt nap). Vince Vaughn is a welcome addition but nobody is going to replace Bob Einstein.
Larry hates Mocha Joe and season 10 starts off with Larry and his parasitic roommate Leon, visiting Mocha Joe's coffee shop and of course Larry has a problem with everything from the temperature of the coffee, the consistency of the scones, and finally a wobbly table and Mocha Joe predictably tosses Larry and Leon out of Mocha Joe's and he is banned. What does Larry do? He leases the building next door and opens a "spite store" to put Mocha Joe out of business or at least force an apology. The name of the shop is "Latte Larry's."

But to answer your question, yeah I'm watching this season (big fan). I thought last season wasn't up to the standard of the best of "Curb" (although still good). But this season it seems like the quality is back.
Season 3 of Ozark released on Netflix today and my buddy who is also a fan is telling me it’s very good and he has already binge watched most of it. For those who haven’t seen it, it’s similar to Breaking Bad and Better Call Saul. While those shows deal with the legal and business issues on the supply side of the drug cartel, Ozark explores the money laundering side of the drug cartels. Jason Bateman is excellent as the Chief money launderer. I enjoyed the first two seasons a lot, although in season 2 they killed off two of my favorite characters in the show, which surprised and upset me. Hopefully season 3 will see an infusion of good new characters.
Natflix also release the first Netflix financed Quebec film today. The film called Jusqu’au declin, or The Decline in english, takes place in the north of Quebec and is about a family man who believes that a disaster is coming so he signs up for survivalist training to get ready for apocalyptic scenarios.
Go see The Platform on Netflix...not quite sure what to make of it, but my head is still spinning.
Ozark season 3 is excellent, at least as good as each of the first 2 seasons. The season ends on a very violent note.
Definetely +1 on Ozarks, also another series worth watching is The Boys which is about superheroes that are beyond messed up, and another The Umbrella Academy.

So far all of the seasons of Narcos have been great. Last season was the "least" best, but it was still pretty good.
Gotta also eventually watch the new season of Altered Carbon, The Witcher, etc.
I found this movie disturbing, and hard to watch. It is a Spanish science fiction/horror film, and I generally like the genre, but the plot elements were somewhat unusual. Unfortunately the version of the movie Netflix is streaming is dubbed English, and when I turned on the English subtitles, the subtitles did not match the dubbed English dialogue, which was comical (I recommend anyone who watch turn on the subtitles as I suspect them to be a more accurate version of the dialogue being spoken by the characters).
