Good week so far
6 out of 7 and Atlanta vs. N'awlins on MNF should make it 7 out of 8!
Man did some people take a beating today on the spread.
Namely Cincinatti by only 3
Denver by only 2
and the G-Men by only 3 as well.
These were games which weren't even supposed to be close, cost some people a boatload of cash. Friend of mine lost 5K on Cincinatti!!! Betting the spread sucks.
Indy made it 13 straight. One more to tie Miami at 14-0 in the regular season. San Diego next week and Seattle the week after that with the finale being against Zona'. San Diego has little chance of beating them and Zona is a forgone conclusion but Seattle AT Seattle will be a challenge and possibly a preview of the Super Bowl!
What a game in Big D against the Chiefs who really took it too the 'boys today. Bledsoe more than made up for his abysmal performance against the Giants last week. The guy has really had a resurgence this year as one of the premier QB's in the league. If they can just win 2 of the last 3 they will be in the postseason and of course the Giants have to duplicate Dallas' feat today next Sunday against the Chiefs if they want to stay in first place. Good Luck G-men. Better hope Eli brings his A-game cause his C-game just won't do against a good team like the Chiefs.
New England is 1 win or one Miami loss away from wrapping up another division title. This is laughable since they play in the worst division in football.
They could actually lose their last 3, end up 8 and 8, and still take the title if Miami loses just 1 of their remaining games. The New York Knicks could have won this division. That being said, I think the Pats will win at least two more games but then promptly bow out of the playoffs in the first round.
Apparently the players in Minnesota dropped their cocks and grabbed their socks because they are now in contention for their division title. Their final game is against the currently first place Bears who really fucked the dog today. I even heard Mike Tice mentioned as a possible coach of the year candidate!
Sometimes it takes a major controversy to initiate a good house cleaning so everyday ticketholders can finally get what they paid a scalper a weeks salary to see, good football. Hats off to them for turning it around when pretty much everyone (including myself) took them for dead.
